In the second episode, our guest of honour is Florence Brokowski-Shekete, one of Germany’s most prominent voices on education, diversity, and everyday racism. She is a SPIEGEL bestselling author, podcaster, communication expert, and Chief Education Officer.
In this conversation, we discuss how inequality appears within the education system, different forms of racism in Germany, cultural attitudes toward racism, and how societies respond to the rise of the far right in everyday life and politics. The discussion also reflects on similarities and differences between developments in Germany and Finland.
